How delivery charges are calculated
Your delivery charge depends on three things: your location, the parcel size, and the delivery speed you'd like. We always share the exact shipping cost on WhatsApp along with your order quote — no surprises at checkout.
Typical delivery windows (from dispatch)
- Kerala — 2–4 working days
- South India metros — 3–5 working days
- Western & Northern metros — 4–6 working days
- Eastern India — 5–7 working days
- Tier-2/3 towns & rural pincodes — 5–8 working days
Production takes 1–3 working days depending on design complexity and whether your stickers need manual cutting. For bulk and event orders, we'll share a delivery plan that meets your event date.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link on WhatsApp the moment we dispatch your order. If anything gets delayed at the courier's end, we'll flag it proactively.
Address changes & re-delivery
If you need to change the delivery address, let us know on WhatsApp as early as possible — before dispatch is usually simple; after dispatch depends on the courier and may involve a re-delivery fee.
